Risk Free 30 Day to try it out? Over charged my credit card! Deceptive company Internet

According to the Web site's guarantee, I am entitled to a full 30 days to try out the service. The service is priced at $17.95 monthly but my credit card was charged $19.90 when I signed up on Nov 12. When I signed up, I was under the impression that I was trying the free membership.

When the payment options appeared, I decided to just go through with it due to the "try it risk free for 30 full days guarantee". I was not satisfied with the service a week after purchasing the Pro Membership and emailed to cancel my account. A few days later I received a reply thanking me for trying their service and that my account would be deactivated by Dec 13th.

I have tried to contact this company/individual via the telephone number provided on my credit card statement 512-891-7613 and I have emailed the support address on the Web site without any reply.
