Smilebright Is not a "risk free trial", beware membership scam

Signed up for a "risk free trial offer" to try their product which was suppose to cost only $1.95. After receiving the item and then another item and then another item, I realized something was not right with this. I checked my credit card and had been billed three (3) charges totally $222.09. I called my credit card company and disputed the charges.

I called the company to inquire and was told I was a member and would receive items on a regular basis and be charged. If I had returned the item within 14 days they would have cancelled the membership and credited me for the "risk free trail offer". I canceled this "said" membership on 1/4/10 and requested that a refund be given. They told me if I ship back one item within 30 days they would give me a refund for that one item.

I got charged for one item I never received, they sent me an e-mail saying they would credit that item. I never signed for any item that was sent showing I received the item.

All items have been returned. Waiting to see when I will receive a credit on my card.
