Crooks crooks crooks customer service a joke, 30 day free trial a lie, did i say they are crooks?

I ordered one unit, Magic Jack, sent me two, can, t get a live person to respond, only on live chat via the internet, highly uneathical for a company with nothing to hide. Refund process is difficul, internet agents are evasive with many questions, thirty day free trial is a flat out lie, my bank account was debited the day of shipping. The company is not willing to give a physical address to us the consumer, again highly uneathical. The only thing magic jack has done for me is take up three days of my time, rape my checking account, and send my blood presure up.
