I worked on assignments for 2 months and they said they would pay me and i haven't seen a thing

I had joined the dataproceesors.org 2 months ago and upgraded so i would get paid 10 dollars for each assignment. I got the assignments and did them. Then they cut me back to one assignments which was fine with me. They sent a note that said i would be getting my payment but i never got it. Then they said the 2nd one would be in 28 days. I haven't recieved the first on yet. I have wrote ten letters to them but get no response. I just can't believe there are people out there doing this. I really needed the money too. I am dissapoionted. Thanks
