Declined my debit card unfairly

I wanted to make a purchase from Mozilla's site. When I entered my debit card information and clicked to make the purchase, it informed me that my card had been declined. I checked the card issuer's site and it said my card was declined because it expired, which it is not set to do until next year. I just made a purchase on another site as a test and it worked properly.
