I went online checked out ziinga website. I thought that they had good deals so i bidded for a camera which i won. I put credit debit card details in and for some reason the card declined. I tried again and card still declined which card should not have declined. I got in touch with the customer service and they said nothing they can do. I left it at that. Then next thing amounts were coming out of my bank acct. It did not show who took money out of my account until about 3 days later. Emailed there customer service and now they are saying they have no record of me on there files. Help what do I do?
