$249.50 Taken After Declined Glory of Rome Purchase

I was trying to use a new debit card on the Facebook game Glory of Rome to purchase a $49.90 Legionary package. I followed the instructions, but it said that my card was declined. I thought maybe I had put in the wrong number, so I tried again. It still said that my card was declined.

I checked my card balance and found that $249.50 had in fact been taken off my card by Facebook. I had called H&R Block to verify that information. I was told that my money would be put back on my card by March 30. I still have not gotten my money back or received what I had purchased on Glory of Rome.

I would still like the one package I thought I had ordered, but I am very upset that Facebook would take my money like that and not even attempt to make it right. The bottom line is they owe me over $200.00 and I want it back! Thank you for your time.
