Card declined after I thought all was right. Customer service could care less

I opened a new account with PC Richards 11/10. Made a purchase and later received my card in the mail. On 2/5 i activated my credit card and was advised that my account was past due. A bill was sent to me with no apt # and returned. After sorting everything and making a payment online I wanted to make a purchase the next day. Went to the store picked a tv from Joe Botros Jr. 8246 and was ready to leave. Card declined after I thought all was right. Customer service could care less. Went to bestbuy and spent $1000 on a tv
