Free 19 Inch HDTV Promised With Fios Never Arrived After Eight Weeks

We signed up for fios because they promised us a "free" tv. (19" hdtv")... That was 8 weeks ago. No tv, no explanation, no kidding.
If we don't get our tv I will cancel, even if it means extra fees, and my new mission will be to make Verizon pay for my aggravation.
The lack of customer service from such a big company just doesn't seem to make sense.
