Lost both my parents and needed to know their past, and these grubs took advantage of me

Am writting a book about my family and their past as i have now lost both my parents, when I paid for the privalige of being able to find information I went to set everything up and find I had no information any where and went to search my father and they told me he doesn't and didn't exist.

I think it's bad enough when you lose your parents, but when low lifes prey on your weaknesses that's disgraceful, and this Company should be held accountable for their heartless actions, if I was a violent person I would love to have 5 minutes with them in a dark lane way some where but I will do th right thing and let the proper authorities handle it.

Admittedly I only paid for 1 year but still money is money and you can't afford to waste it or have someonw waste it for you, I do hope you can help me and others either get justice or get our money back. Simple. I thank you very much and hopefully I can some how get on with my book.
