Countrywide Mortgage
Title fits "Countrywide" RIP OFFS... As you will read what they did to me!

My mother and father had a loan with another lender, and then COUNTRYWIDE bought their loan. My parents are on a fixed income, and country rasied their rate. My parents fell behind on two payments, but then send in the money for all that was owed on teh behind balance. Those slim ball high paid money grobbling, in human, people sent their money back to them with a letter (how dumb is that), and told them they could not accept the payment, wanted the balance of the loan or forclosure would occur.

Well, needless to say they didn't have $27,000 to pull out of their pockets so they lost the house. Until now, my parents didn't think there was anything they could do, and really still don't. They have all the letters along with the payment that was returned to them for proof. If anyone knows of someone who can help them PLEASE let me know... Everythign and anything is appreciated. Both my parents are in their 60's. I am trying to help them buy using the net for they don't have a computer. Thanks to anyone who can help!
