I have read so many negative reports on Heritage Web Solutions. I am a recent vicitim of their unspeakable business practices. As of today, May 7, I am out almost $600. I was promised a live website months ago. I having nothing to show for it except a lot of wasted time and money.

I spoke with Josh Wahl earlier today about a refund. I was given the same explanations as everyone else who have filed complaints. I agreed to give them one last chance (I had already given them a second chance about two weeks ago) since it appeared that I was not going to get my money back or my domain name. However, I decided to do more research on this company and what I found has confirmed for me what I was feeling in my gut about this company the past couple months. I have been through the ringer like everyone else. What really bothers me is the letter posted from Heritage Web Solutions attorney James T. Dunn to Mr. A. I can not work with a company that approved of such a letter to be sent to a former customer with such evil threats to a person and his family. Also, when I asked Josh Wahl to speak to the company's attorney he stated that Heritage Web Design does not have an attorney working for them. It appears that this company has no problem telling lies to its customers.

I do not know what to do at this point. I hope the proper legal actions are taken against this company before more people are ripped off.
