Heritage Web Solutions fail to deliver. They receive your funds and fail to deliver quality service in return

I previuosly read a consumer complaints about Heritage Web Solutions. The report couldnt have been more accurate. I only regret that I did not find this article before I chose to be a client for this company.

I purchased a website from Heritage Web Solutions that included a flash intro. I made this purchase in August I did not receive all of my services (Flash Intro) until February.

I received a flash intro that was not my design that I approved. I contacted Heritage Web Solutions and informed them that the flash intro was not my design. The representative told me that my original design was all of a sudden found in the back of a folder, and that she would get it back to the designer. I explained to her that I have waited months and inquired about my flash intro, and now that its months late, and it is still not my design.

I explained that i wanted a refund. She told me that I would not receive a refund. I then spoke with a supervisor. He also explained that I would not receive a refund but only what i originally approved for my design, which AGAIN was already months late and not my design.

GET THIS: I explained to the supervisor that I would consult with a lawyer. The supervisor state, "If you do that you will only slow the progress of getting your service and increasing your expense." I dont know about you as a consumer but that sounds like the company was try to intimdate me from using and protecting my rights as a consumer.

I have not heard anything as of yet in regards to my refund, or any resolving matter that is deemed fair to a consumer. Keep in mind that they already have the money, I guess they feel like they dont have to provide the service.

I advise other not to use this company. Heritage Web Solutions show in depth that they dont practice good sells ethics. They do not care about costumer satisfaction.

If there is still a pending class action suit against Heritage Web Solutions, please dont hesitate to contact me. If there is a lawyer who has spoken with someone about this company please contact me.

I did file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. If you take a look on the BBB site this company has numerous infractions with almost every subject on consumere complaints.
