Will not honor warranty

I purchased a Mad Dog MD 550scps 550watt modular power supply in December of 06 at Circuit City. It states clearly on the box and in the manual it has a 5 year warranty.

The power supply failed in February of 08. I contacted Mad Dog support, they asked for a scan of my original receipt. I scanned my original receipt and emailed them a copy. They gave me an RMA# and I shipped the power supply to them per their instructions.

I have emailed them many many times and called their tech support number many many times. I have heard nothing from Mad Dog and its May. Their tech support is just a voice mail that they never return calls. I filed a complaint with the San Diego BBB. Stay away from Mad Dog products, they will not support them.
