Shipment incomplete, company will not return messages

I put a sizable purchase with this specific organization and obtained an incomplete cargo. Within the span of the following five months I experimented with contact them by telephone, e-mail and live-chat and despite their promise to answer emails within twenty four hours, they nevertheless have not handled an answer. It is fairly obvious in my experience since I'll never obtain the products I taken care of but did not get.
