Fraudulent ripoff business won't give money back screwed others too

National Online Services, of Miami, FL, charged our phone bill $29.95/month for services that we did not OK. They would not answer any questions when I called (their computer was down - HA!).

They would not respond to my email letter, nor would the third party company that they used to charge my phone bill.

I reported them to the Better Bussiness Bur. & also found out that they were screwing others by the same method.

I believe that the third party billing company ILD gets a cut of these charges b/c they couldn't help me either.
