OAN Services Inc. And Your Billing Solutions, Inc
Charged me $9.19 mystery charge! Never heard of them before in my life!

This month when I received my phone bill, I was surprised to see it at about $10 more than I was expecting. After looking over all the charges I found a charge I didn't recognize from OAN Services for $8.43, with. 76 tax, for a total of $9.19.

I had no idea who OAN Services were so I contacted AT&T and said I didn't authorize whatever this charge and I wasn't going to pay it. AT&T said it was a third party charge and I needed to contact that third party.

So, this morning I decided to research OAN Services and after Googling them, discovered they were a billing "clearinghouse" and that others had been charged mystery charges through them. I took another look at my own bill and noticed the charge was for Your Billing Solutions, Inc.

I Googled Your Billing Solutions, Inc to find that it was a company looked like it did voice messaging and emergency contact services. But when you get into their website, they really aren't very clear as to what they do exactly. Just that they bill you for it.

I also saw that there were several complaints here and other places about both these companies and their fraudulent practices. So, I decided to do what I was told by AT&T and contact OAN to take off those charges since they were originally the people who put them on. I have a feeling contacting Your Billing Solutions would lead nowhere fast.

In the meantime, I got back to AT&T and told them what I found out about the fraudulent charges I had read about and decided to make a report here to help out anyone else out there who is having problems with these two companies.
