Literally Frauded me out of $3,285, to create a website

On march 15, i contracted the help of toneee.com to help me create a website that would allow college students to choose a catergory in getting his or her books for class. I was that the website would cost me a total of $6,700. An initial payment to get started would be needed. I was told to to wire $2,385.00, To routing number 0610000052/ and bank account number# 3280745979. This was the initial payment.

The second payment was made by a credit for $890.00. The company has not completed the website nor have they made any attempt to contact me since November.
Please keep in mind the website was to be completed by 06-15-07. They will tell that the settings on my computer was the main reason the site was not finshed.
This was the rebuttal they made to the bbb.

This company, if you wish to call it that, has no intention in living up to their end of the bargain. I want all monies refunded without penalties. I have consulted with attorneys regarding a suit. Please inform.
