Inftek Inc was paid $1450 on February 25th as the first of two payments to develop a website for me. They signed a contract that following the initial payment they would develop the website and the second half of the payment would be paid upon delivery of a completed website.

In the contract they promised to deliver a completed site on 4/18 at which point the final payment would be made. This date came and gone and the site was not delivered.

Development continued sporadically until November however a completed site was never delivered.in July I was made to pay the second half of the agreed amount because I was told that the development could not continue on the servers that it was housed on and would need to be moved to my servers. So we paid the second half of our agreed amount and we were promised that they would continue continue working steadily on the site and they did not.

As of today, December 2nd they have stopped working on the site all together and have refunded an insulting $400. This refund was forced on me and they say they no longer have any requirements to finish this project. I now have a site that is not completed, applications do not work and it still needs a great deal of work to be useable.
