Charged on debit card something i have called to stop but wasnt at all

I've utilized a couple of websites after I was house on depart from iraq from may 25th to july 10th of 2007

Today its almost may 08 and im getting billed on more than 15 internet resolved im not signing into, ive named to cancle them, was informed these were cancled but nonetheless receiving charged and some websites I had been unaware of. This accumulates, and me being in iraq where this isnt actually observed till i take a look at a bank record 10 weeks later.

Its an issue and results in alot.
