Ripoff loan scam

This company has ripped me off. I was told by Jason Clinton an employee of GA Trust Financial that I was approved for a $3000 secured loan. We discussed the terms of the loan and there was a down payment need of 5% ($1500.00) because my credit is hig risk credit. I was Ok with this, it made sense to me. So I signed the contracted and faxed it back to him on March 23rd.

I sent the down payment via Western Union on March 30. I was told that I would be contacted by a Rep from Ga Trust Financial to verify that the funding ($30000) was depostied into my account by April 3rd. No one called me.

I called them on April 4th to inquire about this and found that the voice mail boxes of Jason Clinton and the main number from the website were full and to call back another time. So I sent an email to him and the company stating my issue. No Response. I have continued to try to contact them both by phone and email and it is now April 11th and still no response about this issue.

They did pick up the down payment at Western union, so they do have my money, but I still do not have the funding we agreed on in the contract and they have not provided a reason for the delay.

At this point I believe I have been ripped off and want others to be aware of this and do not become a victum to this company and their scam.
