Reinstituted a cancelled subscription and billed me without my permission

Internet & Web

Www.mmorpguides.com is a good company at least it was up until recently. I dont know if they are hurting for money or what. I had been a long time customer. I decided to cancel because I no longer had a use for the service. I went through their methods and cancelled my account. I did not get billed for three months and my subscription was successfully cancelled. THen all of a sudden a few weeks ago I started gettting billed by them. They are supposed to bill once a month. They were charging me their full monthly fee every three days. I emailed them several times to find out what the heck the deal was and they didnt respond. I had to file a fraud report with my bank before I got a reply back, and only after my bank had contacted them. Then they write me back with spart ass email saying I had "legally" applied for their service. Only problem is I did not apply for their service. I can only come to the conclusion that they re-started my accoutn without my permission so they could bill me. It has been a three week ordeal trying to get the funds back in my account and dealing with their smarmy employees.
