Hughes Network
They are a ripoff. They lie to you and tell you things that are not true and then want you to pay them $400 to cancel sevices and when you say you won't pay then they tell you that you must abide by the rules of which they won't tell you up front

First of all let me start by saying that not one person can speak english!
My internet was running slow so i called hughes network and they told me that i broke regulations because i exceeded my limit and i was on fap (whatever fap is) and that in 24 hours i would get my speed back.
First of all, i was never told that there was a limit. Then i was told that if i would upgrade then my limit will go up but i would have to pay first. With my credit card of course.
Second, i told them that if there was a limit then i will cancel my services with them and go with someone else where there was not a limit. I was told that i must pay $400 in order to cancel. I told them that this was not told to me and that i was not paying them and that they were ripping people off by not telling us the truth about the services they offered.
I told them that i was filing a claim against them for false information and that i would like to talk to a supervisor. I got the run around on that and when i refused to give them my credit card over the phone. I was told to fxxx off when i said i will not discuss anything further will them and i wanted to speak to a supervisor immediatley.
Third, after 61 minutes and 14 seconds, yes i was monitoring the timer on my cell phone, i finally got to talk to a very little english speaking supervisor and all he would say is that i need to pay to upgrade or pay $400 and quit complaining and being a bxxxx.
Needless to say, after this kind of customer service from a supervisor i hung up the phone stunned. After all what do you say to someone after that kind of talk.
