Blue Mountain Cards
Unable to bring up the card

Have updated my Blue Mountain membership - receive notification of various cards but each time I'm unable to bring up the card - merely get a blank empty page.in addition to that I'm reminded to pick up the sent card and again get nothing but an empty page. What can I do to correct this?
