Lied to about time of hook up - Dish Satelite Network

Called dish network to sign up for one of their promotional packages on 8/30 and was told that they would be out on 9/2 between 8-12. My husband called me at work at 1230 and stated that they weren't here yet. I got home from work and still not here at 4pm. I called them and they said we don't have you scheduled until 9/4. I told them that I knew it was today and they kept arguing with me. I finally said I want to talk to your supervisor and she said to me why do you want to talk to a supervisor and I told them so I can make a formal complaint before I cancel and they put me thru to the refund dept. I told them that I wanted to talk to a supervisor. Finally after 5 minutes on hold I got to talk to a supervisor. Told her what my complaint was and that I should of known that they haven't changed ny since about 7 years ago. Their customer service sucks and that I would be telling my friends and family not to get dish network. Supposedly they are refunding me. About 7years ago they were to come out and fix the satellite and I took time off from work and never called or showed up. I had to call them to find out why. Rescheduled two more times before they showed up and they told me the problem was a tree was blocking the signal and we would have to cut the tree down. I suggested that it may be the reciever and they hooked one up and it worked. They were young guys and they were more interested in flirting with my teenage daughters. I will never go back to them and I will tell all my family and friends not to either.
