They Keep On Taking Money even after you close the account

1/19 notified Cresent Processing in writing as required by them to close my merchant account. Jan they took $17.64 from my checking (service charge) Feb $16.46 March $16.46 April $16.46. I call to ask why they are taking a monthly service charge for an account I cloised in Jan. I was told they would not close the account on written notice only. I was required to call and verbley close the account as well. I stated I wanted to close the account. I was told that department was not in yet, call back later. I called back 2 hours later to be given more run around and eventually transfered to another department. The accounts manager department said I did not cancle in writing. I informed her I did. I also let her know that the first person found the written cancleation without a problem. It the was found. She assured me the account was closed. I called back 2 days later and was told the account was closed. On 4/23 They took 3 $100.00 withdraws from my checking account. I'm now having to try to get that back from them.
If you have not singed a contract with them DON"T DO IT. If you have try to get out. They will fee you to death. I hope they have huge lawsuits in the future. They target small companies who have never taken credit cards and don't know any better.
