People pc has continuously taken money out of my checking account since may of 07 even after i have called numerous of times to cancel Ripoff

Hello I want to file a usacomplaints.com against people pc. I contacted them back in march of 07 to cancel my service because I didn't anylonger need it. I spoke to a female rep she told me that she would give me a two month premotion and send me some cancelation papers in the mail that i should get them within three to five bussiness days. I never recieved any papers through the mail. They have caused me to have several nsf charges with my checking account because they continue to draft money out of my checking account that I do not have. I contacted them again in August they told me then that the account had not been cancelled that when i called them in march the rep that assisted me on put it on file for me to recieve two months free. Then they continued to take money out of my checking account after that even though I had requested them to cancel my account with people pc. When I contacted them in August they told me that they would reimburst me for the money they took out of my account and for the overdraft fees at my bank. With in 24 hours. Needless to say they gave me a number to call and a confirmation code to give them when i called. But everytime I try to get through to them all I get is a recording that states we are closed. We will reopen on monday. Well when I try to contact techinal support all I get from them is we are experiencing high call volumes please try your call later...
