Ripoff false promises, tricked and lied to me carson city navada

Compufree is a ripoff. They called me and said that i was approve to finance a computer through them with a down payment of $174.00. Along with that i would be elgible to receive special benefits through the company like dental, auto, and home insurance e.C.T. And if i had decided not to take avantage of the offer that all i had to do is send the packet back to them to get a full refund. Well i had gotten my packet and looked it over, but i had decided that i didn't want to finance a computer through them after all. So i call them up, and they said to just send every thing back to them. So i did. 1 month passed and i still had not heard anything from them, so i called them back. The operator said that they never received my packet and that she had to talk to her manager about this, and to call her back the next day.
The next day i called back, the operator said that she had talk to her manager and that i had to send a letter stating that i had sent the packet back and i'm requesting for a refund. So i did that. A week later i called back. This time a man oprator answered the phone. He said that they had recieved my letter and that it would take 14 days before the money would be in my account. 14 days came and went and came again. Finally i called to see what had happened... The same man operator said that he did'nt know why i had not gotten my refund but he'll take care it and i should get my refund in about 30 days... Well i'm still waiting for my refund. And it's about 5 months now with no word. And make it so killing, is that now when i call they have an answering service. So now i can't talk to no one...
