Ripoff dishonest

Hi,
I also was taken by them. They debit my account on 06/14 for the amount of $174.90 and did not recieve my packet I did how ever call them two weeks later and ask obout the packet, and they told me it was mailed out to my address but it wasn't I recieved it four days after I made the call, at no time did they say it was a pay as you go. Which I did not understand at that time so I canceled it in July sent them the packet back and did not hear anything about the refund. So I called again and was told to send a certified card to them and my Refund would take 72 Hours.

Well needless to say I'm still waiting for this refund. My account is Closed now because they never said that other companys would be debiting my account so I made a nother phone call to them to let them know that my account was closed. Then I was told to send a letter to them to request my refund so I dai and I sent it certified it was delivery on 09/20 still no money.

I today 09/30 and talk with EVE who said it would take another 30 days to get the refund. So I sak to talk with a someone higher then her she put Mike on the Phone he said 30 days and then he put Nick on the Phone who started to tell me 30 days.

Will at this time I was mad and told him what I thought obout his 30 days and that I want my money so I will be seeking legal advice and I'm going to the paper they will not put me off any longer.
