Will not give refund as i was told Scottsdale arizona

Talked with f 500 and for a price would send info. Packet. It sounded good. After packet arrived looked it over. And did not think it was for me. It also stated i had 14 days to ask for a refund. So that is the very thing i done the next day.

Called told them it was not for me and told them yes i wanted a refund. Was told to send info. Packet back. It took a week to talk to some one to confirm that they had it back. Was told would take 2 0r 3 weeks to get my money back.

It has been 8 weeks all they are doing is playing
phone tag can't talk with them won't return calls. When i did talk to someone. All i got was lies and the runaround over & over. Not going to give up.

They did not get me for a lot little over 200. Dollars. But its mine and want it back. Please don't even listen to them. Do not give them any money no matter how good it sounds. Keep your money in your pocket.
