Ripoff! We called them almost every day to get our refund of $300. They keep telling us to wait thirty more days

They called and asked us if we wanted a credit card and to give them are bank number. We didn't like what we had recived and sent the packet back to them, the way it said on the packet to do so. We called them almost every day to get our refund of $300. Now thay won't talk to us. They keep telling us to wait thirty more days. It's been three months.

The company took 300.00 from us for a packet. That was suposed to be a credit card, now the company will not return are money after we returned their packet. We have all the tracking numbers and the day we sent it to them, and who signed for it. They also keep using fake names when we call. It's been three months and we would love it if you could help us with this matter.
