Ripoff will not honor extended warranty contract tricked and lied to us

When we entered into our 4-year agreement for extended warranty on our computer, we were assured that if there was any problem that would fix it.

When a problem arose with the wiring of the computer, they have accused us of using faulty wiring etc.

This computer had the same problem when it was under warranty with Sager Computers and they acknowledged there was a problem and fixed the Computer.

Phillips has only given us the run around. Beware. Are there any other consumers out there that have had the same problem? Maybe we can star a class action suite.
