My computer is messed up so I ordered a software called 'BUG DOCTOR'. Since I wasen't able to download the software after several attemps I e-mailed @ www.maxfaq.com and they just kept on trying to sell more software to fix my problem. I explained that I believe my computer needs to be looked at by someone and that I wanted a credit back to my account and nothing was done about my request. I tried calling 405-706-9796 but there is only a recording and no one ever calls back. All I want is a credit back to my credit card. What happened to the " If your not satisfied you get a brefundack?"I never even used there product because my computer won't even open my control panel. Please help!!! Thank you! Martha Ouellet
