Proficiency Billing Service - Infinity Software
Eds a.K.A.infinity software selling software that does not work!

Buyer beware, i had purchased a software for medical billing, thinking it would help me insteed it has only hurt me and costing my buisness alot more money than it's worth in the beginning phase. I already had a doctor that was recomened to me by a doctor whom i worked for in house.

I started doing this doctor's billing by hand, so i thought i would start out and purchase a system that was a good price but did the job i needed it to do.

They told me it had all the codes already in the system and that they had no affiliation with infinity sotware, they had promissed that there software is top of the line. I bought it for alomst $400.00.

Once i had recieved this product it would not let me enter any of my transactions in. They sent me two other disk that did not work, they also had me downlowed some updated of there website. Once all of this did not work i asked for a refund they tried to tell me it was my computer so i went out and bought a new computer. There system still did not work.

I am demanding a refund and they keep telling me that the product has been open therefore i am not entiled to a refund. They keep saying they are going to fix the problem and have not yet done so.

I am fusterated all i wanted was a sytem that would work. I feel i have been raped and ripped off of my money and trustworthyness by my fellow american. They sold me a lemon.

I have contacted the b.B. B i am waiting to see if they help. Its been about two weeks.

If you are a medical biller and you have doctors, do not buy a product they adverise in the paper. Please stick with medi-soft or some other named brand software.
