Spyware Doctor/PC Tools
Software does not do what it promises in their advertismenet Internet

I purchased Spyware Doctor/PC Tools antivirus software on August 15.

It was suppose to clean and protect my computer from viruses and other malicious websites. Unfortunately it never preformed as promised. On the contrary after many attempts and e-mails back and forth my computer slowed down to a crawl. I was promised innumerable times that the problem would be fixed by thier support group, which by the way took more than a week to respond to my first complaint.

Anyhow, after they answered to my complaint we went back and forth trying to repair the problem, this went on for over a month 1/2. All to no avail. They completely misrepresented what they claim on their advertisement.
I had no choice but to remove Spyware Dr form my computer and use another Virus software which by the way has completely healed my computer and now works great. I have requested a refund, but my request was neither answered nor given.

If you require all the correspondence to look into this matter I will forward all to you. I saved all and can share it with you.

I really do not care about the money I just wanted to report this firm to someone so that others do not fall into the same trap and fooled as I was.
