Asked for refund and am getting the run around

I ordered a copy of this software from Plimus Sales and they said there is a 30 day refund period. I used it once and it screwed up my computer and so I wrote to them asking for refund. They said go to maxfaq.com for a refund. I have written them three times and all I get is a form email giving instructions on how to download again.
Plimus does not respond except to say see maqfaq.
I wouldl like my $30 refunded. Can u help?
