Lied re. Work order, did unauth. Expensive work, denied ever talking to me, called me only for credit of $110, no iPod ret'd! Pleasant Grove Utah

This company got my insured, guaranteed delivery on Feb 2, and called me to tell me it would be $90 for a click wheel, new red/black plastic case for my iPod, including shipping. They told me it would be back to me by the end of next wk, i. E Feb 8. I found a self-mailing kit in the mail on the 5th, and called them b/c it seemed either they didn't send my iPod back in such a packet, or they weren't acknowledging through their system that my unit was in progress!

I got no reply to at least 3 e mails, and 3 phone calls w.in a 8 hr. Period. I managed to reach someone ID'd as Sherwin (who sounded EXACTLY like the fellow I talked with who took my card info!). He told me he couldn't look me up in the system b/c it "had gone on fire". I told him I had proof of delivery, and wasn't the iPod sent/why was I sent a send out kit? He denied that I told him to go ahead and replace the battery (which he'd done anyway-this being a 4 year old unit avg. Lifespan, I wasn't about to put in something it didn't need), and he also made obvious he'd not gotten the plastic housing which I asked for and he approved.

It should be mentioned that Sherwin's voice absolutely reeked of alcohol and or drugs, as he was slurring his words, taking minutes to 'find my unit', and becoming increasingly enraged when I told him I expected my unit back as promised. He refused to commit to anything, and apparently has a company history, with his Principal Brooks Lively, of not returning units, or not having parts promised, and in fact even sending DIFFERENT units back to customers than the ones sent in.

At this point, I have notified my bank that his $110 charge is fraudulent, and will be pursuing my insurance value for this unit, as well as contact any UTAH attorney general/consumer alliance group to back up my grievance (s).
