Brandon And Megan Liars, cheats and Bait and Switch

I found them on the internet to repair my daughter's 30G ipod. I sent it in becuase the headphone jack wouldn't work but it played in a Bose ipod dock.
Brandon calle dme three times to get a hold of me. He said it was the hard drive and explained why which didn't make any sense to me. I checked out his story at a local establishment and they said that it is not the truth. I called him, he answered my call and I asked him to return it unrepaired. He said it would cost $10.00 to do that and I gave him my AMEX card number.

A month later and after several calls, I received a package. When opened, it was soemone else's empty. Beat up, scratched ipod. I called them numerous times but now, no phone calls back. I emailed and after about another month and daily emails, Megan promised me a NEW 80G ipod to replace the one they lost with all of my duaghter's music I paid for from itunes.

Another month later and numerous tories, lies, "in the mail" stories, I received my much waited package only to open it and find another used, empty, scratched up ipod that was probably someone else's unit.

After may emails and calls, none answered, I am pursuing them thru the media, police department in Pleasant Grove, Utah, the BBB and any other way. After researching them further, it appears this is a common situation from this rip off company.
