Telling me I have to get a police report! They want my card information on the report... As if they haven't stolen that information already! Salt Lake City, Utah 84101

I'm just glad I caught this after the first charge. I was billed $59.90 for something I've never even heard of (Web tools), let alone ordered.

When I tried to contact them I was transfered to 4 different people. The final person told me I had to obtain a police report saying my card was stolen.By who? You guys apparently! She proceeded to tell that there were 2 forms of information I had to fill out for this charge to take place. Kinda funny, the when these 2 forms were filled out, I was on vacation in New Orleans.

Anyway, they refused to refund my money unless I had a police report. I've contacted my bank and had all payments, to this so called business, stopped. I now have to stop by the bank and fill out a report on what took place. They are attempting a funds recovery for me.

I will post an update after the outcome.
