Unauthorised withdrawal from my bank account, ripoff

I received my bank reconciliation statement and noticed the withdrawal. Called bank for information on withdrawal. Received a copy of the check made out to VIP Card & telephone number 866-833-4980.

I called VIP Card and informed them this was an unauthorised withdrawal. They told me to fill out a police report and fax it to them before they would refund any money. I filled out a police report immediately.

Investigating officer has contacted them, no refund as yet.
