Ik9 Privacy Matters
Or AP9 PRIVACY MATTERS Unauthorized cahrges, Fraudulent billing Omaha, Nebraska, 68124Omaha 68124

Internet & Web

I check my debit card regularly and I discovered on 1-1-08, that I had been billed $14.95 from this company on 12-31-07. I had no knowledge of this company and would never have bought their services.

I called their toll free # immediately, but they were closed for the Holidays. I got their contact information and sent an email stating my surprise and requesting an immediate cancellation and reimbursement.

I also intend to follow-up with a direct call. I've never had this happen before, so I'll be interested in finding out how they "got" me and how efficiently they respond.
