Unauthorised charges my credit card Omaha Nebraska

I was interested in getting a free credit report and filled out a free credit report form. I was asked for credit card information and was informed that the services would be free for 7 days and I would be billed after that. I filled out the application and then changed my mind. I figured it wouldnt be so easy to cancle or quit as they said. I closed the page and never finished the transaction. Yesterday I got a credit card bill and noticed privacy matters listed at the tune of 29.95 as well as 1.00 fee and your savings 1.00 all had the same contact information. I called my credit card company and they went back to find the charges have been paid for 3 months. I closed the credit card accout and called privacy matters to get a refund. The phone opperator gave me one months credit and the floor supervisor got me one months reversed charges but they still owe me 31.95. I got online to check them out and found this site and hundreds of people reporting fraud charges! The stinger is they pretend to be there to protect you and your credit and money while stealing your personal information. I dont know what they might do with it maybe sell it or who knows? Thats why I closed my account. I am going to call the BBB to file a report as well as the fair trade commission after that. I think they need to be hit with a class action suit! This is theft clear and simple!
