Never received product!

On Nov. 1, I requested an internet reward for my dad for Holiday from Eight Offers in Kansas (www.sevendeals.com). I reside in British Columbia, Canada. Cash was instantly obtained from my CREDIT (around. $30 U.S.) and that I obtained an order quantity. There is never any follow up from their store the purchase was delivered, a following range, or in whatever way of understanding when this product was allegedly sent or by what shipping technique... Or if it was actually delivered whatsoever.

Months later, them never came. I sent them-and never received any response. Holiday has come and eliminated. Their site doesn't have telephone number, that will be somewhat dubious. On my CREDIT statement, the purchase was compensated and luckily there is a telephone number and so I called during normal operating hours. There is just voicemail therefore I quit my data. Nobody has actually approached me.

I've sent them 4 occasions with no response. I actually told them-they are providing inadequate customer support... Or must I say NO customer support whatsoever. I've requested several items from reliable businesses online and usually obtained my items quickly with follow up from their store and shipping confirmation. I've not completed seeking this problem and certainly will document more grievances or whichever is required to obtain my product or get my cash back. Our next transfer is to discover if CREDIT may change the costs, but I've a sense that's not their plan.
