Privacy Matters 123
Never received a "free report", billed my account after I cancelled, Supervisor Carlos ID#18228 Omaha Nebraska

I supposedly signed up for a "free credit report" from privacy matters 123, which i have no recollection that i ever filed for!!! Once i realized i was being charged i called back to cancel and was assured that i would not be charged again!!! The agency continued to bill me, but I did not follow up and monitor the charges on my account to see if Privacy Matters 123 actually cancelled my report... Well they had not. I spoke with a supervisor by the name of Carlos ID#18228 and he although he said that the company did not provide refunds that he was going to refund me for the February and January even though I have been charged since as early as March. Yes, to be an educated consumer with working on my masters it is embarassing to say the least that I did not applly due diligence toward checking all of my purchases, but I was caught up in "being" busy with a day job, and helping my wife run two businesses. Either way consumers beware of ikn*privacy matters 123 and any other alias!!! Their aim is to rip you off and never provide a free credit report. I am going to report them to the better business bureau and any other business that provides consumer protection. If anyone has filed a lawsuit against this company please reply to this email with information... in light of the economic declline america is suffering from right now... The last thing we need is to firstly not keep our own financial "back yard clean" and secondly to allow scam artist agencies such as privacy matters 123 or ik9*privacy matters 123 or ik9 privacy matters 123..

consumers take a stand and unite against the fraudulent companies... But first protect yourself and exercise common sense in regards to your finances... Check everything and assume nothing... We all know what assuming does for us... Worst case scenario is that i learned $35.95/month lesson!!! The hard way!!!
