Have Accused me of a Case that never happened and Limited my Account San Jose Omaha

I have started using paypal since 2005 approximately. The only reason I use paypal to purchase items on Ebay. Ebay have always referred me the fact Paypal is the safest way to pay for any transaction because they have insurance policy benefit.

I have stopped using Ebay for a while and ever since I stopped I have not logged on to paypal for a while. So couple of weeks ago, when I have decided to check upon my paypal account, I get the following two messages stating:

"Your account access has been limited for the following reason (s):

# Apr. 24: In accordance with PayPal's User Agreement and Acceptable Use Policy, we have closed your account. Your funds may be held for 180 days from the date of your last transaction. After 180 days, you will be able to access your funds by requesting an online bank transfer or, if applicable, a check from PayPal. Please update your address or bank information as we cannot be held responsible for checks issued to an incorrect address. We do ask that you please remove reference (s) to PayPal from your site.

(Your case ID for this reason is PP-277-xx.)

# Oct. 26: Our system detected unusual activity associated with your account.

That really didn't make any sense because I went to my paypal transactions and I don't see any transactions of April at all.

However, disregard of what I seen on my paypal account because I went and called the paypal to find out what's going on exactly. All she told me is "I'm sorry I am unable to help you out you must email them." and she gave me their email.

I have asked her for a phone number or headoffice, she said they don't tolerate that and said sorry can't do nothing except email. I am like what kind of a service is this junk?!

Indeed, I did email the department and no response! About several weeks later I called paypal once again and this time they transferred me to the account management. I told him about this rediculous thing going on. He then told me the incident was not taken in place on April it was back on February 12. I did ask him about the fact what type of incident. He said to check my activity log.

He sees it on his computer but when I view it I don't have no purchase on February 12 and the only purchase I had in February was for brand new Cell Phone. The gentlemen that was with me on the phone said on February 12 there was a violation regarding some kind of Mature Content. I told him this is stupid, I only use paypal for Ebay purposes such as purchases of items I need and not for stupid mature content that they came up with.

I have suspected my account could have been phished and brought it up with the gentlemen told him that before I updated my Internet Explorer 6.0 I clicked on a possible suspicious email came from paypal in which I had no knowledge of, but I am unsure of that.

Anyways, he told me that if I can't see it on the computer it's strange and he told me on February 12 paypal should of sent me an email for an appeal in whcih of course I never received it because I never had that kind of situation before and another thing why would they wait from an unauthorized transaction dated from February 12 till April 27? Doesn't make any sense to me!

The gentlemen told me to email them back and tell them that I never received any email from them and explain the situation once again.

So I done that and I get a reply from them stating the following:

We regret to inform you that we cannot overturn the limitation on your account. Due to the violation of PayPals Acceptable Use Policy regarding

You will not be able to use PayPal for any future transactions. An appeal is not available.

Now tell me does this make sense? I get an email from Unknown NO EMAIL ADDRESS and I get an unprofessional response! I told them to remove my name from paypal and delete me perminently and they wont do that!
