Under the disguise as an official HP repair site, they took my computer, charged me 348.00 and won't send it back

Under the disguise as an official Hp repair site, they sent me the box and packaging material to send them my computer prepaid by them. Then they charged me 348.00 dollars for a new mother board. I paid them a month and a half ago but after several e-mails I still can't get my computer back. It's a shame that HP and other computer computer companies allow this fraudent activity to go on onthe internet. I guess I'm out 1000.00 for the computer and 348.00 for the non-repair. This just goes to show you what an unregulated industry like the "internet" can do to honest hard working people who can't afford to be ripped off by scam artists like this.
