Defective product, possible fraud

I ordered sneekers from Customatix. They showed up and one sneeker had an obvious glue spot on it. They didn't fit right even though I measured using their chart about ten times. So I returned these sneekers to them using the lable for return that they provided. A few weeks went by and I never got my money back. I called today and they told me they never recieved the return. Two things could have happened. Either the package was lost or they stole my money. I unfortunately did not have a tracking number. I wonder what happened? I'm not sure, but I will not order from them again.

The customer service person I taled to did not even offer to check around and see if they could locate my package. I was just told that they could not help me since I did not have a tracking number.

Buy your running shoes at a reputable store that you can walk in to. That way you can walk out with quality shoes. Don't buy your shoues on line where you can not try them on.
