Ordered a pair of Alegria sandals. Did not receive them. I had received a cheap plastic shower cap from china... I thought what is this? I didn't order this. I filed a complaint with PayPal... Well Rios Shoes had proof of shipment to me with a tracking number. So Rios Shoes got to keep MY money. Guess what the tracking number they gave PayPal matched the tracking number on the shower cap package. Well I guess I have a 36.45 shower cap like the ones that are complementary at Hotels.
