I was an ACN hostage in my own home by an MLM phone Co. Who refused to help! Gwinn, Michigan

I remember like it was yesterday.! My daughter just turned 18 and her mom recently passed away. She left my daughter, Christina, a little bit of money and I was worried that since she just turned 18, and the way Christina always liked to help people out of difficult situations, that someone would try to take advantage of her loving nature.

I brought her up trying to help people when she could and that it was better to give than to receive. I also tried to teach her about how there are also people in the world that lie and cheat and steal off of people to get ahead, and steal for profit. She had a hard time understanding this. "Why do people do that, dad? She asked me. I tried to put it as gentley as possible.

She is very intelligent in the school room but very naieve when it comes to street sense so I try to keep a close eye on her. Sure enough in July, she ran across an old classmate. They made plans to have lunch. After lunch and after Christina got softened up for the introduction to MLM and how you can make several thousands of money per month, The upline showed up and closed the deal.By The time he was through with my daughter, she had written a check for $499, bought 2 video phones, They talked her into buying T. Mobile cell phone (They said it would give her all these "points". Plus she already has a cell phone)... And then ACN has the nerve to charge us for the #2 phone that wasn't even plugged in and on top of ALL that, they want more money for early disconnect! What's Next?

The only thing this company is interested in, is money! And they train their distributors to do the same! It's all about the money. Principles and honesty, integrity, go right out the window. As soon as they got their money, they stopped calling. What happened to the training, and learning how to do this! We spent close to $2000. And they still are sending me bills! What a joke! Stay away from this company!
