Scam Ripoff Horrible Customer Service

My wife called the Real Deal Furniture & Mattress and talked with Christina (manager) about buying two twin mattresses and Christina sold her on two Ortho Brand mattresses and when they got delivered we saw right away that they were not what we wanted nor were they what Christina said they were. We called the store back telling them how we were displeased with the mattresses and upset that they lied to us and would like our money back and Christian said that we can't have our money refunded. We called again and spoke with Christina and she again told us we are not going to get a refund. The next day we received a voice message from John (owner) who said he is going to side with Christina and not issue us a refund even though the mattresses are brand new and still in the plastic. We are very unhappy and upset that something so simple has turned into this
